The Money Laundering Reporting Office Switzerland (MROS) is Switzerland's Financial Intelligence Unit (FIU).
It is responsible for receiving and analyzing reports of suspicious financial activities, particularly those related to money laundering and the financing of terrorism.
MROS operates under the Swiss Anti-Money Laundering Act (AMLA) and plays a critical role in maintaining the integrity of the Swiss financial system.
MROS is a member of the Egmont Group, which is an international association of Financial Intelligence Units (FIU) whose objective is to foster a secure, prompt and legally admissible exchange of information in order to combat money laundering and terrorist financing.
